On Easter Sunday, April 5th, I will be giving a talk entitled “Lessing’s Eternal Conservative Freemasonry” at a luncheon in Manhattan. The topic is Gotthold Ephraim Lessing’s Ernst and Falk: Dialogues for Freemasons and its implications for politics and culture today.
This event is not open to the public, but if you are someone I know, you will be in the area, and you are interested in attending, please contact me at [email protected], and I will add you to the guest list.
There is no cover charge, although you should buy lunch. Books will be for sale.
(Yes, I know Easter Sunday is a terrible day to schedule such an event, but it was the only possible day given my travel plans.)

That seems like a very interesting talk, please upload the audio if you can.
I will publish the text later in April.
I hope everything goes alright for you in the Big Bagel.
Mr. Johnson, where is Andrew Hamilton? He wrote some of the best essays here.
He stopped writing. I think he just felt burnt out.
It’s interesting you are doing a talk on the Jew/Enlightenment praising author of “Nathan der Weise.” Taking the baby out of the bathwater, I suppose?
Have a safe trip and a Happy Easter then Greg.
Thank you
