(more…)

I recently finished watching the very popular Netflix series Stranger Things, and was impressed with the character of Eleven. She is a girl who comes from a difficult background and is gifted with exceptional abilities. I was particularly interested in the contrast between her mindset and that of others who have similar skills, as this is relevant to our situation today.
Eleven was kidnapped at birth by a scientist, Dr. Brenner, who runs a lab in which he studies children with strange powers. (more…)

Would your average bushman of the Kalahari, languidly nibbling on a mud-and-cow-dung pie while swatting at tsetse flies and hoping to reach the tender old age of 25, consider it a privilege to be driving a white Lexus down Pacific Coast Highway in Southern California? (more…)
We have no idea what the final outcome of the US midterm elections will be, with several crucial races having yet to be called, and nobody is promising anything until next week — and even then, the Chairman of Arizona’s Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is saying, “Don’t hold me to it.” (That’s code for “Ignore this shady stuff and please don’t do another January 6, okay?”)
In the meantime, let’s take a look at four of the most interesting Republican candidates and one who flopped. (more…)

Fighting the Last War: Confusion, Partisanship, and Alarmism in the Literature on the Radical Right
Lanham, Maryland: Lexington Books, 2022
Professors Jeffrey M. Bale and Tamir Bar-On have taken a look at the response to the increasingly vocal political Right in the Western world. What they found is that the establishment has used the specter of fascism as a shadow to box against since 1945. Politics is the application of the friend/enemy distinction, so shadowboxing against a phantom enemy is a good way to go about domestic politics without stumbling into a civil war. (more…)

Women’s football — soccer to my American readers — is often scorned but is actually enjoyable to watch, provided you actually like the game and not just the tribal and commercial nonsense that nowadays comes with it. (more…)

Last week I made my debut in the anti-white extremist tabloid, Right Wing Watch. The article is a farcically dishonest and cynical hit piece, of course, but we can’t let Antifa Inc. slander us without punching back. Americans want pugilistic leadership, and stepping into the ring with the Left is glorious work. I am wary of in-fighting, but out-fighting Bolsheviks is another thing altogether. (more…)
