Counter-Currents is a publication I admire because of the leadership of Dr. Greg Johnson and its coterie of dazzling writers. As a black libertarian who appreciates nationalism of any sort, but with no affinity for nationalism, some might think that I am unfit to pen this column, but if you want anything done, you must do it yourself. Although I am not an American, I have been following the dissident Right for years. (more…)

The ceremonies observed across the Western world to memorialize the fallen warriors of the past are powerful exercises. They are imbued with memory, meaning, and grief. Our ancestors fought because of their honor and sense of duty, as well as for their countries, families, friends, neighbors, and a whole host of other, more mundane reasons. (more…)

Dear Greg,
I decided to collect into a single document my responses to your debate statement together with some afterthoughts and treatments of issues we did not have time to deal with during the debate itself. (more…)

A war is being waged in the schools across North America. Elementary, middle, and high schools have seen a dramatic increase in violent incidents in recent years.
A Toronto area middle school generated some attention last month (May 2023) because of a letter posted on Twitter. The anonymously written plea for help was penned by a teacher at Tomken Road Middle School, which is located in Mississauga, Ontario, just west of Toronto. (more…)

The following is the text of Gregory Hood’s opening statement in the “Ethnonationalism vs. Imperialism” debate with Greg Johnson that was held at the recent Counter-Currents Spring Retreat. Dr. Johnson’s opening statement, which preceded this one, can be read here.

We live in an age of relentless deconstructionism. In film and literature, the hero has long been subject to deconstruction. Masculinity and femininity have of course been deconstructed so thoroughly that the ravenous deconstructors have moved on to deconstructing the biological reality of male and female sexes. Perhaps nothing has been deconstructed more, however, than the concept of racial and ethnic identity. (more…)

Dear Mr. Adams,
Thank you for your recent video in which you say some frank things about blacks and their prejudicial attitudes towards white people. Because of your statements, many more people are now aware that, according to a recent Rasmussen poll, 47% of black respondents were unwilling to say that it is okay to be white. Of course, this is not surprising. (more…)

Perhaps the greatest challenge facing us is that whites are the only race that isn’t taking its own side. In a very competitive world, decades of this nonsense have led us to the brink of a crisis.
Readers are surely familiar with the unprecedentedly massive propaganda campaign that got this started long ago, the forces behind it, and the social pressures maintaining the march to self-destruction. (more…)
