Most people, including nationalists, focus on schools and, to a lesser extent, universities when discussing education. Both of these are classic examples of formal education. In this essay I will argue that while formal education is important, it is not so much so as most people believe, and that non-formal and informal education are much more important. (more…)

(more…)

There is nothing in the principles of free speech and individual liberty which bears responsibility for turning Western governments into the anti-white dystopias we live in today. Rather, it was the toxic pill of hostile foreign aliens which poisoned the great Enlightenment project from the start. (more…)

(more…)

Counter-Currents is a publication I admire because of the leadership of Dr. Greg Johnson and its coterie of dazzling writers. As a black libertarian who appreciates nationalism of any sort, but with no affinity for nationalism, some might think that I am unfit to pen this column, but if you want anything done, you must do it yourself. Although I am not an American, I have been following the dissident Right for years. (more…)

The following is a continuation of two previous essays of mine on the intersection of religious skepticism and White Nationalism, “Christian Nationalism Has Made Me Agnostic” and “The Religious Skeptic’s Case for White Solidarity,” but can be read independently.
Exploration is in our nature. We began as wanderers, and we are wanderers still. We have lingered long enough on the shores of the cosmic ocean. We are ready at last to set sail for the stars. — Carl Sagan (more…)

If there is a friendly divide within the dissident Right, it might very well be between White Nationalists and white advocates. The difference between the two groups should be plain: the former seek separation and self-determination, and the latter political advocacy in a multiracial country. (more…)

Atheism and agnosticism are associated with Leftist, anti-white politics, but there is no reason why this must be so. As discussed in my previous Counter-Currents article, “Christian Nationalism Has Made Me Agnostic,” much of the white Western world, including countries such as France, the Czech Republic, and Australia, is becoming irreligious. Ex-mobster-turned-YouTuber Michael Franzese recently responded to a comment made by Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White. There’s no beef here as far as I can see — no scandal or anything particularly newsworthy. Just a mild disagreement. I believe both guys are more or less politically aligned to the right of center, and — for all I know — get along just fine. To most, their disagreement will seem trivial.
But if you dig deeper, not so much. These two men, whether they realize it or not, are getting to the heart of human identity. What do we call ourselves? (more…)
